Start from a common size Type

Paper

Paper size Sheet orientation Printer margin Left, right and top. Bottom margin Many inkjets, including Epson L-series, cannot print the bottom 14 mm or so. If content sits in that strip, the printer or dialog shrinks the whole page. Gap between copies Copies

Artwork and lines

Optional artwork. Choose a PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG.

It fills the whole template, plus the bleed, behind the lines. Design it at the size shown in “Panels”.

Print cut lines (solid) and fold lines (dashed) Label each panel with its size Print a ruler to check the scale

Print at 100% or “Actual size”. The SVG is in millimetres, red for cut and blue dashed for fold, ready to open in Canva, Illustrator, Figma or Inkscape and design on.

Before you print

Paper size in the print dialog must match the paper here, for example A4.
Scale must be 100% or “Actual size”. Never “Fit to page”.
In the Epson dialog, turn off “Reduce/Enlarge” and “Fit to page”.
Not sure it printed right? Press Print a scale test, then measure the 100 mm square.
